I don't know what the deal is with this place now but it was the worst customer service and food quality I have ever... experienced. The girl at the first window was very rude and the all of the food was cold, the meat was dry, and it was verysloppy. On top of it, no receipt(I wonder why?). You guys really need to shape yourselves up. I don't know if I should beconcerned about food safety at this point. If it gets worse, I will go even further to report what is going on. The super relaxing place inside the restaurant. Is the busiest Wendy's I have ever seen. The publicity they have is very good,... although it is a very busy avenue, people have no problem entering the place, the delicious food, the super golden and deliciousfries, the service not very friendly, but I understand it because it is too busy a restaurant. This place does not have straws,napkins, ketchup, salt, pepper or anything on the counter as in most all fast food restaurants, maybe that would help them notto be so busy, nor so stressed. mask required to enter. They were trying to turn customers away in the drive thru claiming they close at 11 even though they have a sign in the window... with their hours clearly posted of closing at midnight. I pulled up at 11 on the dot. I had ordered through the mobile app sothey made my food but still seems like bad business to me. Read more
I Uber late at night and I have had it with this Wendy's. They are always closed. Last night I went around 10:50pm the Young... girl told me they are closed early due to short staff. Yet you could see 6 workers in Wendy's. No matter what time I go they arealways closed early. Great way to loose out on money. WORST WENDY'S IN MCHENRY COUNTY.
