Love this place. Had the egg rolls my favorite. Chips and queso with the works. 2 for 1 bloody Marys and delicious.

Honestly I have never really been a fan of Chili?s, always had ?okay? food and ?okay? service. However, after last night I... cannot wait to go back! Our waitress (Amber) was fantastic! She was friendly, fast, and efficient! She even remembered to bringall the sides of sauce that were requested, and even though we couldn?t see her face, you could tell she was wearing a smile. My?medium? steak was cooked PERFECTLY, and so was the asparagus! The flavor was out of this world we had to meet the cook!!(Desiree). My whole table said their food tasted amazing and would definitely return. Hopefully next time we will be lucky toget Amber as our waitress and Desiree on the grill again! Had a very good dinner. Other than my feet sticking to the floor in the bathroom, I was pleased. I wish he didn?t just offer... chips like it was free. I forget that you have to be in the bar to be free????. The food was great and our server kept thewater refills coming. Read more
In the 8 years that I?ve lived in Crystal River We try this chilis location at least once a year and it?s never great. The food... never taste like the other locations. I?ve never had a bad experience at any other chilis. However, the chicken the last severalyears is never browned. That would def step up all locations game. I don?t know why y?all stopped browning the chicken. It wouldtaste so much better and you wouldn?t be able to tell that it?s frozen strips right out of the freezer. Read more
