Forgot the bacon on my chicken-maple-bacon-croissant ????. Didn't realize it until today when I was looking at the app. I've... gotten the honey-butter-chicken-biscuit before, which comes with no bacon (but it sure wouldn't hurt), so I didn't notice at thetime, but knew the sandwich seemed incomplete. I ordered it on the app along with a sausage/egg/cheese croissant (BOGO) October15th (Saturday morning) ~7:50am. Otherwise, a short wait and a polite, but certainly not energetic greeting would havewarranted 4*. No bacon = 2*. Because it was BOGO = 3*. Would go again, but will check my sandwiches. The drive thru staff are great and accurate. Always a really quick experience.
Was craving a burger just now, drove all the way there for stale food. The fries tasted like they were different batches of... stale, some were super cold, some hollow, all stale. The burger bun was stale too. Very disappointed. I got a stomach ache now,and keep burping stale oil. Read more
I thought I would try the new amazing fries. When I pulled in the parking lot I didn't see any cars. But as I pulled to drive... thru I did see it was open. I ordered 2 bourbon bacon burgers and 1 small fry. It didn't take long to prepare my food, so I knewit was all going to be cold and it was. My fries were cold and old, and the burgers were ok after we got home and reheated them.18.00 for 3 items is fine if in fact it was fresh. Lesson learned Read more
Ok so ever since covid hit places been closing early. Says 1a.m. on Google maps. Bit when you pull up in the drive thru or call... them and they say they close at 11:30p.m. that's false advertisement so it's need to be updated on Google maps since they closeat 11:30p.m. instead of at 1 a.m. Read more
This location has screwed me more than any other. Last night .. a strawberry sald missing. With a toddler with inability to... return. You guys really need to get yourself in check. I recommend using the Crystal River location. Read more
Stopped and went in to order food. I noticed while I was waiting in line the cashier is handling money from all different people... then he is putting your order together and handling your food with no gloves or washing his hands. Who knows what he has come incontact with then handling your food. I then ask the manager about it he said the front line does not have to wash there handsor wear gloves. It's amazing how many germs or Covid 19 can be speard this very way. Maybe the health dept. would like to beinformed about this. Read more
Due to dietary restrictions I used to eat the fries and basically a plain burger no bun. Since the change in fries I can't eat... them anymore and the burgers aren't an enjoyable food there. I now purely go for the all natural lemonade. Read more
