We come here frequently, usually without issue. However, this time my fiancé, also a woman, had a medical issue that required... help in the restroom, so I went in as well. We were in there maybe 5 minutes. The worker and another lady was waiting outside.After cleaning the restroom the worker approached us and told us in a rude tone that it is not allowed to have a male and afemale in the same stall and that it is a single stall and only one person is allowed in at a time. We then explained there wasa medical issue as the reasoning, and she still was not professional about it. We both stated that we are both female. She thenreiterated that it is for single person use and then proceeded to talk to the customer waiting for his pizza about us. Shecontinued to behave and talk unprofessionalally about us to said customer waiting for his pizza. She was talking negativelyabout us to this customer right in front of us. We always stop here on our 3 1/2 hour trip back home and to my mom's, which is usually 2 times a month. They are normally really... nice, however, this time I had a personal issue that required help in the restroom and my fiancé, also a woman, went in with meto help me. When we came out the normal lady who is always working when we come through was outside the bathroom waiting toclean it as well as another customer to use it. I stated that I am a female as well as my fiancéis too. She then reiterated that it is for single person use and then proceeded to talk to the customer waiting for his pizzaand continued to say to him we were in the same stall and I believe she said we were children, I am 24 and she is 21. Cashier was rude. We were checking out & my husband said he was thinking about getting m&ms after she started ringing us up. The... card reader asked if we had rewards.. he went to grab a pack & she said ? hello!? Then 3 more times ..?hello hello hello!? Like hurrying us up. There was no1 behind us UNTIL he got to counter. M&ms were RIGHT behind us. My husband said. ?That wasrude?. She said, ? theres lots of customers in line!? We looked behind us & a guy had JUST walked up. She did apologize butgeeeeeez very rude. Poor and unprofessional service. We occasionally eat here for breakfast but chose to try the "Wing Wednesday" promotion. I... placed an online carryout order at 3:29pm. The order had an expected prep time of 20 minutes. We arrived at 3:50 pm. None of theemployees acknowledged our existence. I then asked one of the kitchen staff about our order. She hadn't said a work and justpointed to the other worker further into the kitchen. We then got no response from her either. Our pizza came out of the ovennearly 10 minutes later. It was then boxed and sat to the side. The rest of the order was then prepped and sat to the side. Westood there for 10 more minutes as they changed the trash and prepped cookies while our order sat on the oven. We eventually gotour order 20 minutes past the expected time. We weren't told to have a good day or even told to go pay. The coordination betweenthe cashier and kitchen was concerning. Rather than walking out with our potentially free food we payed as the kitchen workerbegan bickering with our cashier. Definitely would have chosen somewhere else if I had expected this service.
