Wouldn?t feed my dog the garbage they serve at this store. The lady who took my order took a smoke break while they were making... the food, took my card with her, and proceeded to mess up my order. The food tasted like smoke and made me want to vomit so badthat I went to use the bathroom. The bathroom was so dirty I couldn?t even puke in it. Truly a disgrace to all Hardee?severywhere. Read more

Watched the girl at counter talk to her boyfriend for 10 minutes while standing at register to order, then took 20 minutes to... get food ( NO EXAGGERATION!) Then the toppings were missing on our burgers, took another 10 minutes to remake. By the time wegot them the fries were ice cold and the ice in our drinks was melted. Bunch of lazy kids. I would give Cuba Hardee's a zero. Last Saturday sat for 15 minutes in the drive thru only to have to go inside because they got... my order wrong after repeating it back to me. This morning sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before getting to the speaker. Iwas then told to wait even longer because they were busy inside. I finally got tired of it all and went elsewhere. the costumer service was awful. our cashier was rude she threw a receipt and ranch at a minor, got orders wrong, she was being... very disrespectful yelling at people. she even gave some people free food that didnt pay. the cashier was extremely rude topaying customers but was respectful to non paying costumers. the cashier continued to talk poorly about us to the non payingcostumers where we could here. the chicken tenders were all torn up and burnt while the fries were cold and soggy. when we wereleaving she slammed the door shut, locked it, and proceeded to flip off several minors. the cashier refused to tell us her name,she flipped her name tag upsidedown and proceeded to zip up her jacket when we asked. i would only recommend going to thislocation of hardee's if you want to be disrespected and treated like pigs.
