My sister and I were going to get food, we asked for service multiple times. We went outside to catch a little break, then we... went back inside to try again. Some girl started to laugh at my sister. We waited for about an hour and still haven't had ourorder taken. Kyle (manager) walked past us several times and when we asked her to take our order she said " someone else taketheir order and deal with them". Worst service ever. Read more
This was the first time seeing a jack n the box in over 10 years. Once I saw it I knew we had to stop. Biggest mistake I made on... this trip. I ordered the 8 meal that cane with a burger that the top bun was a grilled cheese, 2 tacos, fries and curly frieswith a drink. The burger was terrible the cheese was a bad flavorless imitation cheese spread. The fries and curly fries werehard and cold from sitting out so long and the tacos well my dogs eat better than this. The staff were friendly even with itbeing busy. Bathrooms were nasty. Just grateful I had sanitizer. I see why when I was drunk this food was so great. I think I'llpass on this for another 10 plus years but hopefully not. Read more
Took 10 mins standing at counter to even be waited on. Employees coming on and out of office talking. Then one comes to counter... and stands at register looks at us, then tells manager she will go see if a certain employee is in the bathroom. Should haveleft then, as the food was cold and terrible. This franchise really needs to get their stores cleaned up, or they don't havelong to stay in business. Read more
Food is great. But they can never get the order right. I have complained to corporate several times and it's the same thing.... Since it's been a couple months. Thought we would give it a try again and same ole thing order was wrong. Called up there andasked for our fries. She did say sorry that they would give us a free meal. I told her thanks but can I come and get our friesshe said yes. When I get there they gave us our fries. But said since we came back for rest of order they can't give us thefree meal. So I guess one of our favorite food places is no more for us. Sad that food is good but service is horrible Read more
I am giving 5 stars for the guy with the pink hair and dark beard working the drive thru window at midnight. It was very busy,... he was working hard and multitasking at a fast pace and he was very professional and polite. He needs to be told thank you.Also, the food was hot and fresh. Read more
Literally Drove 2hours and 20 min from Springfield just for J in the B. There was a kid that greeted us. Medium shaggy hair,... slightly on the bigger side. I wish I remembered his name so I would have to be so descriptive.. he had a bandana in his darkhair. That kid is going places. He was super nice and spent time explaining menu items to my friend who had never been to Jack'sbefore . He offered us desserts and told us how good the cheesecake was. I was so full from tacos I couldn't eat another bite.He needs a raise and will someday be a manager. The little chick that was there (the manager) was very immature and made itclear in front of customers that she was the manager and took this great front face for Jack n the box and put him in the backon cook. While she went on her smoke break. The tables were not cleaned when we got it so we sat at a dirty table . Then theshift of workers that were off that day all came in , in their pajamas and are a bunch of food and actually got their foodbefore us. And we ordered way before them. Basically the food was good, and the kid that took our order was phenomenal on guestservice, product knowledge, and personality. The 5 star is for him and the food. Read more
