They gave me the wrong tortillas, I asked for an extra creamy cilantro, the lady said ?okay? but she didn?t give it to me (I... would have paid for it, if necessary) They got my tostada order wrong, same thing happened last time I was there, but this timeI noticed when I was still there so they fixed it but the tostada tasted like it was fried in old oil. Always a plus to eat El Pollo Loco. Just wish they wouldn't be so stingy with their salsa and or condiments. Example; 4 little... containers of pico de gallo for a family meal. I asked for some more then I get 2 more and a guilt trip. (That's like a spoonfulfor each piece.) Suggest: I would pay .50 or even a dollar for the bigger containers. That way these grown @ss people over herecan eat their hearts out and not be fighting for that tasty salsa or pico de gallo.. Other than that we would venture to saythat we Luv El Pollo Loco. .. Classic chicken burrito not very good; hardly any chicken in it. It should be called a "rice and beans burrito." Tomato (pico de... gallo) smelled weird like it had been sitting for a while with no refrigeration. I asked for other salsa but was not available.Place is kind of dirty, too; would not recommend. Really bad service at the drive-thru. On thursday Oct 6- - around 7pm My boyfriend and I order 2 chicken salads and 1 side of... corn ..The yung ladie was extremely rude when she gave us the food .then my boyfriend gave her 100 dollar bill she refused totake it ! She said she dint have any change for that 100 bill ! We didn't have any othe way to pay. So we told her she neededto get chance because that's there responsibility to have change for all customers. Then she gave us the change. So I guess shewas pretending she didn't have change. So then we ask her for 2 extra salsas and she just rolls her eyes and says we dont haveanymore. I think it was a bad day for her and just wanted to get her frustration out on some one .I have work for a restaurantfor 18 years and this is not the way you treat your paying customers.
