The lady that I assume is the manager epitomizes the old saying about a terrible leader keeping employees down, while a good... leader elevates their employees! I went to pick up pizzas, and allowed like 12 people skip me, because I was mesmerized by heramazing leadership! She was pretty remarkable at delegating, assisting her employees, making the pizzas, and doing all of itwithout being condescending, or obnoxious toward her employees! No matter where you travel you know you can get a high quality take n bake pizza at any Papa Murphy's. The price is reasonable... too. I discovered that different locations might have a different pizza combination from others so it's a nice change. Read more

Very bad. Found fly in a pizza. Disgusting

I ordered some pizzas online, paid, and received a confirmation email and a time to pick them up. I drive over to the shop to... get them, and there was a sign on the door that it was closed. So they got my money, I wasted a bunch of gas, and I got nopizza. I received a call from the store manager the next day as I saw my payment go through on my credit card. She said therefund would go through in 3-5 business days. But I got no apology, and just an excuse. I emailed corporate about the situationand was given a coupon code for $5 off only certain types of full priced pizzas with several exclusions. All I wanted was anapology and some empathy, and the 5 bucks off a $20 pizza was just a slap in the face. Read more

This is not the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd time this has happened and now I'm going to corporate about this. I always order online and... pick up bc I plan ahead. I don't want to sit around waiting for things. I order on $5 Tuesday the same thing, pizza and cheesebread. The cooler is NEVER stocked. I go to the counter to ask for some and every time I'm told by some kid it's self serve. Noits not if there is none! Every time. Today I get this young boy with a major attitude problem. I tell him there is none. Hesays ok I can get you some and goes to the register and helps other customers. He does not grab me any. I have to ask for a 2ndtime.
