Decided to have something different.. got the combo appetizer.. and a double shot of Jack Daniels on the rocks. Bartender was... very friendly and had nice headlights on high beams. I enjoyed the meal,the drink, and the scenery. Read more
Worst experience ever?.My fiancé ordered the Chicken Alfredo Pasta, 1st time around noodles were undercooked, sent back to... kitchen and came back the same way, think they just fixed the plate up to make it presentable. Bathrooms are disgustingly dirty,needless to say I witnessed one of the employees serving drinks to the tables not washing his hands in the restroom. Will neversee us again Read more
We had a cousin reunion luncheon & it was absolutely wonderful. They do not take reservations so two of us went in earlier to... talk to manager about seating ~ 18 of us together. When we all arrived we were seated immediately....all together. They werevery busy but we were given menus as we got to our seats, our orders were taken within 10 minutes & food was out amazingly soonand everyone was SO happy with their lunch!! Wanted something different so I stopped at Applebee's. Had the Prime Rib Dipper. I ate at the bar as I was alone. Service was... quick and food came out fairly quickly. Sandwich wasn't quite what I expected. Some of the beef was dry but it was still good. Better than most. I will be eating here again. Read more
Severely lacking in staff right now. My father and I walked in for a very early dinner(around 4 PM) right behind another couple.... We were seated quickly but that was the only thing that was done quickly during our visit. After about 15 minutes The couplethat came in before us walked out. Our drink orders were taken shortly after their departure. Seeing the long wait time to haveour drink orders taken we took the opportunity to put in an order for our meal at the same time our drink orders were taken.it Took about 10 minutes get our drink orders and another 10 to get the appetizer salad. We didn?t get our meals until aproximately an hour and a half after we were seated. Another 10 to 15 minutes to get the check plus another at 10 to 15 for herto pick it up another 10 to 15 getting and then another 15 to 20 for her to bring the card back. I did see her walking aroundthe restaurant so I don?t believe it was Out of laziness that everything took so long. Just an extreme Lack of employment.Still three stars because the food was good. Located in Cullman, this Applebee's seemed to be newer. The restaurant was very clean. The food was great and as a bonus right... now they have the ticket for Jungle Cruise when you spend $25.00. I only gave four stars cause the service was a little slow andsome of our food came out wrong. Otherwise a good experience. Read more
Ordered a steak medium rare with 2 premium sides. Steak came out medium well which was resolved but instead of a normal... upcharge for the 2 sides I was charged almost $6 for them. It's not an upcharge if you charge the full price for a side anddelete the sides that come with the steak. Would not recommend anyone go to this location. Read more
