The young man taking our order was new. He didn't get it right but he was doing his very best. The.crew that was there with him... were doing there best to compensate. They kept smiles and positive attitudes in a tuff and busy shift. I appreciate their teamwork and positive spirit. I haven't seen that in a fast food place much, these days. Read more
They were fast and courteous and served me a very nice roast beef sandwich through the drive through window. I was asked... whether I needed any sauces for my roast beef sandwich. I declined because I think the Arby's roast beef sandwich is positivelydelicious in its unadorned default form. Perhaps one day I will try a roast beef sandwich with horsey sauce. Maybe i willsplurge on a jamocha shake at that time. But alas, not today. I will pencil this dream of a meal in to my bucket list. Read more
Arby's needs to stick with roast beef. Only thing they can do. Who ever is new product tester needs fired. Got my first and last... hamburger there just now. The meat taste like it was precooked and kept warm in hot water. Not sure what that watery mayonnaisestuff is. It was oozing out. The green slice of core tomato was pretty rough. If someone cannot make a hamburger fit to eat theyneed another line of business. I'm speaking for the top down. Not the people who hate their job at the restaurant. Tonight was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at an Arby's. When I get to the drive-thru window the guy doesn't even... greet me Just asked for my payment then when he brings me the food hands me the bag doesn't say hold on a moment or thank youfor even being here He just turns and starts taking someone else's order so I pull out and realize he only gave me half of thefood so I pulled in front of the building and park, call and the lady that answers the phone tells me they are too busy and shecan't bring me the food out to my car she needs me to get back in line where there's at least 10 cars lined up in thedrive-thru. As I pull around I noticed that even though the dining room is closed there are three or four people hanging on thefront counter who don't work there not wearing masks and at least two of the employees are not wearing their masks properlyliterally one of the most horrendous experiences I have ever had at an Arby's anywhere in the country Read more
Went through drive through. The sandwiches we got unfortunately didn't have much meat, what was there was good.
