Mela is a great manger and I think she really cares about her customers! I believe there is a lot of potential for this place if... there is more communication with the staff. I do believe this is the hangout spot for the younger generation to work at and ifran smoother they have a chance to make some really good money. I started lowering my tip amount on my pick up orders because Iknew there was going to be a mistake … I wasn’t wrong.The last 5 times I’ve ordered to go, it was wrong ..and no one wasat the To go counter and no employee Acknowledged me. I have to flag someone down to get my order that has been in their warmerfor 15+minutes. The past 2 times I’ve flagged someone down to receive my order their response was (Sorry this isn’t normallymy job.) The food here has always been good. Read more

It's time for real talk. Customers understand the idea of work shortages, "We're short staffed, people didn't show up,... etc." But really? Veteran's free meal day? One of the busiest times of the year? People were waiting 30 to 50 minutes and thedining room is 1/3 full (see pics)?? At some point, you've got to buck up and realize you will cease having customers if youdon't do better. It's that simple. And on a side note, it's so much pressure on the staff who do show up, they make mistakesjust from the stress and impossibility of taking care of dozens of people. Do better. It's not even about the food! RESPONSETO YOUR RESPONSE RECEIVED MINUTES AGO Leadership doesn't get it. We're not all out to get free food! I'm trying to help yourbusiness and your employees, all of them. Even after seeing this review, what has management done today to get the desperatehelp your floor workers are needing? This week? This month? Guess what? It doesn't matter what you have done regardless,because it hasn't solved the problem. And owners, if your management can't get the job done, it's time for new management. Ifnot, you, the owners are completely at fault. Not being one bit hateful. Just real talk. But owners, honestly, I think you havezero idea what happens on a day to day behind the scenes. Do you think we as customers don't see the egregious turnover? Do youthink we don't hear staff and management and employees arguing in the back? I always get the buffalo cauliflower wings and they NEVER disappoint! Thursdays they have BOGO on their boneless wings, which my... kids LOVE, and the strawberry lemonade is kid approved. Whatever sauce they use for the fried pickles is mad delicious. Serversare always friendly and the atmosphere is enjoyable. Read more

Just not for me. Wings is not good. They have pretty much always been frozen trash. If someone says they are good it’s... literally because they have not been anywhere else to know what a better wing is or left Cullman County period. Only reason Iwent back was to hang with my buddies. Somehow I still never get all my food I order. Was missing the celery but whatever. Wingswas room temp at best and dry even though I ordered wet. I mean I literally walked in knowing it’s not good so it’s on mereally at the end of the day for going somewhere I know isn’t good. The only my reason I’m even giving it a 2 star is causethe waiter was cool and the loaded tots was actually good, I’ll give it that. Other than that I remembered why I quit goingand haven’t been in like 4 years. Probably be another 4-5 years again before I go back if I even do to be honest. Read more

We always have good service and friendly staff here at BWW. Our server Sydney goes above and beyond to please and make sure you... have all that you need. Repeat customer multiple times. Server was horrible. Food order was messed up and the bill had overcharges on it. Everything was fixed eventually but it ruined... the dining experience. I've never had it this awful at a Bdubs before. It will be quite a while before we attempt to go back. Read more
