We did a mobile order on Thanksgiving. The drive-thru was to the road, and the inside was just as crowded. There were a total of... 5 employees at the time we showed up. Those women were working their tails off! The manager, stressed I'm sure, kept it togetherand ran that store like a well-oiled machine. I hate to say this, but I wish every day were Thanksgiving because our order,which was a large one, was hot and fresh! The burgers looked like the ones in the commercials! Little bit of a longer wait in drive thru, but staff was awesome and food was great and fresh
We visited on a Saturday night. They weren't busy at all. The staff was helpful when we needed napkins and condiments.

Absolutely awful! It?s always an excuse as to why they can never get an order right. The staff on multiple occasions have been... rude and always have attitudes. I have worked fast food so I understand being short staffed, but that?s no excuse for therudeness or the inability to get an order right. They also sent me chicken nuggets that looked like they had been sitting allday on top of stacking lettuce on 2 of my combos I specifically said no lettuce.
