We did a mobile order on Thanksgiving. The drive-thru was to the road, and the inside was just as crowded. There were a total of... 5 employees at the time we showed up. Those women were working their tails off! The manager, stressed I'm sure, kept it togetherand ran that store like a well-oiled machine. I hate to say this, but I wish every day were Thanksgiving because our order,which was a large one, was hot and fresh! The burgers looked like the ones in the commercials! Little bit of a longer wait in drive thru, but staff was awesome and food was great and fresh
We visited on a Saturday night. They weren't busy at all. The staff was helpful when we needed napkins and condiments.

Came through drive thru at 6pm on sept 2. Ordered a double whooper combo large size. The woman at the speaker seemed to have an... attitude. Get to the window, she hands me my food. The fry was small and didnt even have but literally maybe a total of 7 friesin the container. I asked if i could get my large fry and to make sure it was filled. She takes the fry from me, leaving thewindow open to were i hear her saying i didnt ask for my fry to be large in which clearly i did then she tells me to pull up formy drink and then slams the window. Had to wait on another employee to bring my drink out to where i asked her who was workingthe window and she stated it was the manager. Get down the road only to find out my fries are brown (old).. called up there tocomplain and the manager answered and lied to me on the phone saying she doesnt know about my fries because she was on thegrill, clearly from her voice it was the same woman who took my order and bagged my from. Worst food I have had in a long time all the food was cold, the chicken fries and Nuggets was hard tasted like they was cooked... when they opened so we gave them to are dog, I recommend going to McDonald's there better. Never ordering burger King again Read more

Absolutely awful! It?s always an excuse as to why they can never get an order right. The staff on multiple occasions have been... rude and always have attitudes. I have worked fast food so I understand being short staffed, but that?s no excuse for therudeness or the inability to get an order right. They also sent me chicken nuggets that looked like they had been sitting allday on top of stacking lettuce on 2 of my combos I specifically said no lettuce. The manager was not helpful and immediatelystarted the conversation with an attitude. I will not be eating at this location again! Read more
