Waited in drive-thru for over 20 minutes this morning (my choice). Gravy, eggs, and grits were cold. Ordered well done bacon, it... was barely cooked. Pie was marked Strawberry, but both were actually Apple. I had stopped buying hash rounds because they arenormally under cooked and so oily the grease seeps through the bag on my 3 minute drive home. The culture of not caring if theorder is correct has gotten worse at the West Point location. I understand I am only one customer and my 4-5 visits a week willprobably go unnoticed, but it is time to spend my pennies elsewhere. Maybe they can get their act together next year and I canagain support my local Jack's. Read more

Service was absolutely horrendous, however they made up for it by bringing us our correct food and giving us extra of the sauces... and popcorn salt for free. Solid experience, would eat here again if not for the insane calorie counts, and thats not evenmentioning the sodium levels! Read more

Boy.. some people in this world need to take a chill pill. We were on our way to B'ham for surgery of a family member and needed... a quick bite. It was 5 minutes before opening time. We pulled up to menu to decide what we wanted which didn't take a minute. Itold my daughter whome was driving to back up because there might be a buzzer or bell to the inside. So she backed up. Wellthis lady appears in front of us waving her arms yelling they are not open yet!!! We were shocked!!! 3 minutes till open! I toldher to back up more. The person came back and stood at the corner of building with her hands on her hips shaking her head ! Thenshe threw her arms up and went back in! We thought.. Lord have mercy whats going on! Needless to say we left! All I can say iswhatsoever you do, don't pull up there if they are not open! Someone else might have gotten out and told her "what not for"!!!! Read more

At drive thru I asked for 4 ranch cups. Didn?t receive any of them so I went in to let them know that they forgot them and I... wanted them. I believe it may have been the shift manager because he was in a different shirt than the rest told me that he putthem in the bag so I rechecked and didn?t find them. So I brought the whole bag in and said they weren?t there and he proceededto call me a liar and argue with me about ranch. Then other crew members started laughing making fun of the situation. The onlynice one was the sweet girl who was working drive through who gave me the ranch. Possible manager could have just given me theranch without calling me a liar and went about his day but instead argued with me over ranch which is very unprofessional. Read more

Went in for a mobile order and redeemed a free sweet tea, was given a coke. The manager was rude and gave attitude when I was... waiting for my orders. Wasn't going to give me my drinks for the order until I said something. The poor kids that worked theirlooked like they were scared of saying anything, probably worried about making the manager mad. The employees were good, but themanager was horrible. I was being as nice as possible, but his attitude needs some adjustments. My burger was cold and hadpickels when I requested no pickles as well. All in all, won't go here again if this manager is on duty. I unfortunately didn'tget his name. I also didn't get the rice krispie treat that was supposed to be in my kids meal. On top of this, when I asked formy drinks, he acted like I ready got them and snapped at his employee to give me two small cups. I didn't want to argue with himand just took them, but they were supposed to be larger. I was over his attitude. I went here on August 12, 2022 @ roughly7:20-7:30pm if that helps anyone know who was scheduled. Read more

Drive thru took way long than expected and I ordered a chicken snack with mashed potatoes and gravy instead of fries. I got home... to discover that my chicken snack had been given with fries despite them calling it back to me correctly. Also the fries arebarely salted and taste disgusting. So I guess I know where not to go on my lunch ever again. Read more

This is pathetic. I'm not saying all of the employees are bad, lazy, and rude. However, somebody is responsible for the constant... mess ups, wrong orders, sloppy food, rude behavior, etc. I don't mind waiting in the long lines. But, when you get to the "may Itake your order" part and all you can hear is employees talking, complaining, laughing with each other instead of listening toyour order, getting it right and being courteous to the customer.... something isn't professional. Then when you get to thewindow, some employees are rude, cut you off or busy chatting with another employee. I can deal with that even. But.... everytime you get your order, SOMETHING is wrong. You may find it before driving off. But, Most of the time it's either when you getto work, get down the road or get home to feed your family. I love Jack's or I used to. We live in West Point, it's soconvenient. But, if this keeps up, I'll drive to cullman to get my food, my family's food!!! Or the local gas station.... it's alot better service, nice employees and, lately, better food!!! Get it together West Point Jack's!!! Read more
