I've been to a few Jack's these one is one I won't go back to tell they fix the staff. Slow and all you see when you go in is... there talking standing around and there family come in with kids, it's not visit time you come to work that what you do work.Then when they can't keep help they close down for the day oct22 all doors closed and same with the drive through. Food is usually good, have had a few bad but for the most part it's good as far as fast food burgers go.
Nice new building but that's it. Service was terrible. Ordered 2 hamburgers took 30 minutes to get them. While 2 employees was... texting on the phone. Want be in a hurry to go back to this Jack's???? Read more
Honestly i would avoid this place due to the simple fact that they could not get a single item order correct i had ordered a... grilled chicken salad extra everything (cheese bacon chicken everything) costed me 19$ which i was fine with got home and it wasjust a basic salad no extra cheese no extra bacon no extra chicken nothing so if i was everyone i would go somewhere that wontrob you of money or food Read more
I just moved down to Cullman Alabama from up north. Every one told me Jack's was great for breakfast. I tried it out and this... will be the last time. The food was good, but I got the rudest service I have ever seen in food service. I went thru the drivethrough and got down the road to find half my order was missing. I turned around and went inside to get the the rest. When Imentioned that I had come thru the drive through and my order was missing, the cashier bagged the missing items and tossed themonto the counter and just glared at me. Even other customers noticed and shook their heads. **edit** After writing my review Icheked the order, and I can't believe it but it was wrong again????. They put the wrong food in the bag. Went here to get Dinner for the family. Had to repeat each item I was ordering multiple times. They were out of most of the... shakes. The staff member working the drive-thru was rude. After asking for multiple different shakes, I asked what they had instock. The guy told me to just tell him what I wanted. I explained I had already asked for 5 different shakes that they don'thave so instead of wasting my time just tell me what they do have. My order was wrong. I didn't feel like going back to have itfixed since the order they gave me matched what I was charged for but my order was inputted wrong. I was shocked because I hadsuch a great experience at the Dodge City location. I will give this location another chance at a later time and change myrating accordingly. Read more
Terrible experience. Came through the drive thru with my 2 year old at 12:40. We get to the window and am not greeted with a... happy ? Hi how or you? just a sour face, almost like they?re ready to just get me out of the way. A taller dark haired man(assuming he?s a manager) brings my food over and slings it out the window for me to grab. Once I have my food in hand there?sno ?have a nice day? or any kind of friendly conversation. I proceed to say thank you have a nice day, but before the words caneven leave my mouth, the window is slammed shut in my face.
