7pm on a Tuesday night and had no hot and ready pizzas. Was also out of $1's and $5's.

This used to great, quick and quality pizza. The pizza has recently came out undercooked and doughy. Long wait for low quality... pizza :( The restaurant used to be known for ?hot and ready? and it simply has been neither for a long time. Honestly, one star is too much for this place. 1. Don't bother calling. They won't answer. Doesn't matter whether they are busy... or not. The last of multiples times that I tried this, I tried calling them from across the road while I was wrapping up groceryshopping to place an order. 7 times within 30 minutes. The drive thru was empty when I drove by the first time, and when Iarrived. When I got to the drive-thru I sat there for 5 minutes, no one came to the window. Parked, went inside, and there werethree employees, two of which (an old heifer and middle aged fella) were bickering back and forth about who-knows-what. Theother one was MAYBE 17, apologized because he was only three days into the job, and proceeded to take my order. After he told methey couldn't (wouldn't?) make the cheese bread, I asked for a regular supreme pizza. He asked the heifer in the back, and shesaid 20 minutes. Again, I was the only person for a while, but for a single pizza... 20 minutes. I walked out, went to BuffaloWild Wings, and got much better food, for the same wait. 2. As mentioned, hope you don't have a craving for cheese bread.They're always out, and refuse to make any. 3. Other than the boy referenced above, most every time that I've been to thisplace, it's been operated by the lowest class women, who make it obvious that they don't care...about anything. To be NICE, theyare rude, slovenly, etc. You can look at my review history and see, I very RARELY leave reviews like this. If it's not apositive experience, or something that is particularly bad, I leave it alone. But this is the norm at this location, over thecourse of months, and I'm done with it. Hopefully, this is read either by a potential-customer, and provides them a red flag tosteer clear, or reaches the person who owns the place if they are interested in running a decent and respectableestablishment. The Little Caesar's in Warrior and Gardendale is head and shoulders above this sorry excuse for a business. Read more
They are lazy and don?t answer the phones. The app changed my order to a cheese pizza instead of pepperoni so I tried calling in... to get it changed. Well they didn?t answer so I decided to just drive down to this location and try calling from my car. Therewas 3 people just standing around talking and none of which answered the phone or even acknowledged it. Terrible service and thefood was nasty. The pizza was burnt. Read more
