Our server was a nice woman named Leah. She delivered excellent service and an incredible attitude. She checked on us repeatedly... and always delivered a smile with her service. She seemed genuinely happy and eager to help. Our food was also wonderful. I hadthe boneless wings and they were perfect. They came out much faster than expected. Overall an excellent experience. Definitely not recommend. If you're traveling S on I65, KEEP GOING! Unless you have a tremendous amount of time to spare. Food... is a 2 rating in quality. Ordered a Ceasar Salad, as you see it was not. Took 15min for me to ask if any server's were availablein our section. Considering we was the 2 of 4 people there. Management needs to get it together! The hosts and our server explained that they were very short staffed and it was obvious. My server had several tables all over... the place - not his fault that things were slow moving. We waited about 20 minutes and got a table. They brought out a salad forus and we had no silverware. Sweet tea tasted like water. Rolls weren?t hot. Fried mushroom appetizer was very greasy. I orderedthe fried cheese and bacon burger and well, look at the photos. They replaced the fried cheese with literal cheese sticks andthey weren?t even cooked. Very hard. My burger was ordered well done and it was still raw in the middle. The only thing thatserver did that bothered me was when I sat down at the table, I told him I had a to go order also. He said ?I?ll get it whenyour food comes out, that way it?s not sitting and getting cold? I said okay. After the food came out and we complained aboutit, I said ?I?ve still got a to-go order? and he literally said ?well are you sure? It?s gonna take about an hour? and I wasmad. My coworker and I came here for lunch today. We arrived about 11:10am and were seated promptly. The food was great. The service... was meh. Which I didn?t understand because there was hardly anyone else in there at the time. The restaurant appears very dirty.The floors had just been hosed down and was still very wet and slick in some places with no wet floor signs. There wasobvious signs of the booths needing to be cleaned, especially on the bottoms facing the other booths in plain site. Im not evensure what it is, but it looks disgusting. 2 stars for the food. We visited Logan's Roadhouse on Valentines Day. We got there about 430p and was told it was about a 30-45 minute wait. We had... the time, so we said okay. We were called to our table about 515pm. We ordered tea and water, I had a rib-eye with salad andbaked potato, my husband ordered the grilled meatloaf that came with mashed potatoes and 2 other vegetables. His was supposedto $9.99 because we got there before 6pm. Mine was $19.99. Our server was Faith. She was very friendly and a good server. The kitchen was very slow, but we expected that on Valentines Day. My steak was over-cooked, but instead of making a fuss aboutit, I ate it. When the check came, it was almost 630p. We were charged the full amount of $13.99 for my husband's meal. Weasked why and Faith said because we were seated after 6pm. No, we weren't. I had proof on my phone when we were texted thatour table was ready. We asked that the amount be corrected on our ticket. Finally, it was corrected after much back and forth. Overall, our meal was rather average and probably below average for the money. I'm only giving them 4 stars because theyhandled a huge crowd of people all afternoon with grace and pleasantness. Got the 12oz Logans sirloin w/ mushrooms, loaded sweet potato and garden salad. 1 large beer . Shared with my Hubby ????
Ordered blackened shrimp with my meal. Didn't come out blackened like the last time I was there. Look like they just used pepper... instead of the blackened seasoning. Anyway turns out the shrimp are old and where turning bad. I ate one my buddy had two. 5minutes later we where both feeling sick. My buddy ended up throwing up once he got outside. I won't be coming here again. I'lljust stick with Texas Roadhouse. Read more
