Have always loved McAlisters food, but the cullman location is extremely SLOW. I?ve been in 5 times now and every single time... it?s been the same. They refuse to open a second register even when they have employees available to do so and the line to orderis really long. It?s really disappointing because it could be great like the other locations! Read more
Sloooow and poor quality/quantity. Waited 10 minutes to order. 4 people ahead of me, 1 cashier. 21 minutes to get food at... lunch. 31 minutes total until food on table. You have to choose a table before you order or look around while ordering tochoose a table number, really inconvenient and odd. After 31 minutes check the photo to see my sweet chipotle chicken sandwich. More like a chicken flavored sandwich than a chicken sandwich. Not going back. Read more
This store, was phenomenal. From the friendliness of the workers to the cleanliness of the bathrooms to the delicious taste of... the food. I am a baker and presentation is always key with me. These workers excelled on that. Will definitely be returninghere. Read more
Update... Placed a door dash order today. Yet again they've screwed up the Southwest salad. No avocado, no poblano and black... bean relish, but at least there was dip with the French dip. I don't have these issues when I eat in. Only when I order pick upor doordash. Original post... I placed an online order yesterday and picked it up at the window. I got the Southwest salad withadded jalapenos, extra avocado, and Chipotle ranch dressing. I also ordered a French dip. I don't know how much avocado normallycomes with it but you can see the picture as to what I got. I also got a giant chunk of lettuce stem, not a big deal. There wasa big deal though, because that was not Chipotle ranch dressing, that was thousand Island. And I didn't discover it until I hadput it all over my salad. And my French dip, had no dip. I got the sandwich but no au jus. I decided to call, was placed onhold, And then the call dropped. I threw away the salad. And decided it wasn't worth the effort of calling back. Very unprofessional. They had this posted on the wall after a customer made a complaint online about cold food and poor service... when trying to resolve that issue. If customers having the ability to post a review of their experience makes them a "potentialthreat" that says a lot about not only the management, but the company in general. Will not be returning. Ordered the spicy southwest chicken sandwich and the avocado in it was BLACK and rotten and smelly. I?ve worked in the food... industry and anyone could have visibly seen that the avocado was without a doubt rotten. But instead they proceeded to slice itand put it on my sandwich and then served it to me. I ordered it for delivery so I?m genuinely wondering if perhaps they did itknowing I wouldn?t be able to immediately return it and ask for a full refund. I proceeded to eat part of my sandwich becauseI?ve been sick with the flu and haven?t gone grocery shopping so I didn?t have anything else to eat but here is a picture.
