The food is almost always great. Sometimes the broccoli is under cooked. I'm guessing they make more money at the drive-thru ,... because walkins are always made to wait. I feel certain if questioned this , they would most likely try and tell me it's done inorder. Sometimes their drive-thru line stretches to the stop sign at the Walmart entrance. I don't have any idea how far back inthe line the vehicle orders are taken , but I've seen them empty several woks ( bowls ) of selection before my order gets taken.I like the food , so I keep coming back. But , to avoid the eat in frustration during busy times , I think I will have to eitheradjust my eating schedule away from rush times , or find another less busy food establishment. Read more
If i could give this place negative stars i would. Oh where do i start. First me and my family come in and there was literally... nobody behind the counter we stood there for 10 minutes as employees completely ignored us and they were not even busy. Finallysome rude chinese asian looking woman with glasses took our order was completely rude to us and kept asking us to repeat ourorder even though we were speaking perfect english. I also noticed they had a now hiring sign on the door but there was not onewhite person behind the counter or in the kitchen they only hire asian looking or chinese looking people apparantly veryobviously it is a racist company. The mens bathroom was disgusting with fecal matter all over the toilet seat and when i saidsomething about it to the lady behind the counter she completely ignored me. The food bowls were about 75 percent cold rice and20 percent vegetables that were rubbery and the skimpy meat we had the orange chicken tasted horrible and was also cold . When iwent out of my way to contact the area manager he told me i must be lying and asked me my nationality..why I will tell youwhy...because the entire organization is racist, People of cullman alabama i know my reviews have over 4000 views and im tellingyou do not DO NOT give this company your money they refused to refund my order accused me of lying and treated us with extremedisrespect, There are many more restaurants in this area that will treat you better and way better food also i have called thestate health department and i hope they shut this dump down, Read more
