Used to go here regular for lunch. They became worse and, worse. Twice in a row got shrimp, literally got one or two shrimp.... Quit going for a several months. Went today figured they had fired the problems. Got chicken and shrimp literally got fries abiscuit and one piece of chicken and no shrimp. When you call to address the issue they continually put you on hold. I will notbe going back. Read more
Great choice for locals and travelers through Cullman, AL. Always love their red beans and rice. Clean and well kept ... facilities. Good service. And on top of that, this restaurant maintains a reserved table in honor of military service personnel- sponsored by Popeye's franchise and co-located Chevron. Read more
I would not recommend going to this Popeyes! We have went here several times and it is always so slow!! Today, we went there and... when we pulled up to the speaker, the lady asked us to hold on...we waited 5 min and said "are you ready yet?" She said"sure"..was rude at the window and when she handed us the card back after paying, she just turned away and didn't even give areceipt or say thank you! Ridiculous customer service. I asked about the 5 pieces of chicken for 6.99. Saw the commercial that morning. They didn't have it on the menu but the guy... who waited on us in the drive thru made it happen. And gave us all the sauces we needed without attitude. Chicken was so freshand hot! The only thing I regret is I didn't get his name. Read more
Unacceptably horrible. I attempted to eat one piece and almost broke a tooth. It wasn't even warm, I think they gave me a box... that had been on the counter since last week. 0 out of 10. Out of chicken sandwich. Update: I finally got one! Yes they are pretty good. I did enjoy it more than Chick fil a.
Fries were great. Shrimp was overcooked though. We'll probably go back and stick with the chicken tenders.
