Wonderful lunch! Passing thru on I65. Found this based on reviews. What a delight! Pretty close to interstate. Order at counter.... Friendly and quick. Excellent strawberry salad/ added chicken which was seasoned well and tender and big chunks. Husbands porktacos with rice also tasty. Will plan on making this a regular stop when passing thru. Nice patio and Management visible andwell run. (See pic- I had them hold the feta. )?. Update - passing through town again 4 months later and had same salad.Equally good and thoroughly enjoyed!! Super friendly staff, great tasting food and adequate portions. Cookie skillet was a can't miss and divine...just a bit smaller... that pictures. Great for kids, pets and high quality dishes. We've driven by this place numerous times, never knowing what this establishment was until today. Sunday brunch was packed with... customers and we were able to sit on the patio with a slight overcast day! The food was delish, and we plan on coming back. The service was beyond helpful in answering our questions and truly enjoyed our experience with full bellies! Read more
Urban Cookhouse has a really nice place with awesome employees, very friendly and helpful, cheerful and a clean dining room with... clean restrooms. The menu has a lot of wonderfully unique items with some old favorites along with fresh salads, fresh fruit andother wonderful dishes. And the chocolate chip cookie dessert was the bomb. We have eaten here numerous times. The food is always great, the service is excellent, and the price is decent. Tonight I... ordered the fall football special of steak nachos. I was very impressed. This order of nachos was massive and probably the bestnachos I have had in Cullman this football season. I hope this item remains on the menu.
