We were just passing through on our way back home so I can?t speak on the consistency of this Wendy?s They are sloooowww. I... didn?t really want to sit and wait 30 minutes for food when we are traveling. They said everything was cooked fresh and yet theymanaged to serve up soggy fries and stale nuggets. Very disappointed in this store. To start off, when we walked in, there was not one clean table in the lobby to eat at. There... was trash, condiments, straw wrappers, etc. on just about every table. The service was also VERY slow. we were 2nd or 3rd inline when we walked in, and took about 15 minutes to just get our order placed and about 20 more to receive our food. When wereceived our order, it was not correct, and the store was out of forks. How are you even supposed to eat a salad without a fork?I do not recommend and this store definitely needs improvement! I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this place needs to know. I drive a semi, stop here regularly, and many times I have had... to walk right back out because I can not afford to wait an hour for two pieces of bread and a piece of meat. Seriously in needof management, but I do understand..... Everybody's hiring, and nobody wants to work. Solve the problem or sell the place to afranchise that can. Read more
Food was terrible and it was either out of date or stored improperly. We only ate our fries. After they made us fresh ones we... threw the old ones along with the rotting salad in the trash. I didn't complain about throwing our entire meal in the trash Ijust asked could we aleast get fresh fries. Read more
Great service! Great food! They were short staffed tonight, but the employees were very professional. They got the job done... and at the same time serving a quality and tasty meal! The grilled chicken was very tender and the fries were Hot & Crispy justlike it was guaranteed! This Wendy's is a joke. I went there last Friday, and was going to eat while on my 30 min break. I'm a truck driver, and they... are located inside the Pilot truck stop. There was a line inside. They took 3 orders at the counter. 2 people walked out. 1guy was sitting in a chair in the line. I did my entire 30 min break while standing in line before I had to leave. There werestill people in front of me that were there longer than me, and they hadn't been able to order before I left. Some of thosepeople are locals, and they said it's always like this. It is a truck stop where drivers do there 30 min breaks. The GMshould be fired!!!! They care more about drive through more than the front counter. They really need to close down this Wendy'spermanently. They weren't even understaffed. There were about 8 to 10 workers. Read more
I am driving back to Minnesota from Florida and my family decided to stop and eat here, this was one of the worst experiences... I?ve ever had a Wendy?s the line was so slow and overall it took us almost an hour to order our food and receive our food. Theline honestly wasn?t even that long it was just the service. Food was ok for fast food, the wait was a little long for late service and not many customers, drink machine was out & also the... vanilla shake/cone machine... Reason for 3 stars need more then 2/3 employees running whole store, need a little cleaner workersjust saying not even being mean (looked like a mini drug house inside a restaurant) other then the manager I'm guessing and theprep for the food Read more
