My boyfriend and I go to Wendy's sometimes on Hwy 157 when we are in the area. We've said every time we aren't going back but... we keep trying. Today was our last trip. The person taking orders for past 2 or 3 times doesn't know what they are doing. Veryslow, no customer service skills. My burger was cold as usual. Chicken nuggets cold. I got a Sprite and it tasted like SALT! Ipoured it out. My boyfriend got Root Beer. It tasted awful so he had to pour his out. Another man poured his out after we did.People were waiting in line forever. I then went to the bathroom. The toilet was nasty down the front. The trash bin on wall wasfull and overflowing. This was our last trip. If they don't hire some people, don't see them making it much longer. I'll stickwith Chick fil a. Best all around. Read more
I had to wait 10min to order then 10min for the food only to then be told they didn?t have sauce for my cheese sticks. There... were only 4 people working, one of which is the manager. Read more
Horrible, horrible service. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. When i did get food, burger was cold,... did mot add onions as I requested, gave me zero sauce for chicken nuggets (and they asked what kind) and not one single napkinin bag. This location needs new management and different staff who might have work ethics. This is the 3rd time in a coupleweeks had issues. Plus. Burger was cold. Stood in line 15 minutes to place my order with no other customers in the store and the mgr was extremely rude... when she finally decided to come out of the office in the back to take my order. Save your time and money and do not eat at thisplace. Bathrooms and lobby area were dirty and garbage cans almost overflowing. Would give this negative stars if i could. Read more

I have never been high on Wendy's food because I had it often as a child, but here recently I stopped in and tried their Bourbon... Bacon Cheeseburger and fell in love. The Bourbon Bacon sauce on this burger is literally the perfect sauce. Order extra on theside and dip your fries in it. I have converted to a Wendy's fan. Read more

Literally just went to pick up food for a door dash and we sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Called the store to ask if... someone can meet me to hand me the food and the manager was very snobby and rude. I do NOT recommend this place for anyone toeat at. Read more
