I enjoy eating here because dinning room is open ????. The tea is sweet and the salad has lots of veggies ????

I ordered a 6 piece chicken, but when I got home, there only 5 chicken fingers. Better check your food before you leave.

Their customer service is totally lacking at the drive thru. Every time I have been thru there, the person taking the orders and... handing the food out seem as though they'd rather be anywhere else than there, doing their jobs. They come across like they aredoing you a favor by taking your order and most of the time one can't understand what they say. They should learn from Chickfil-A and Taco Bell- both have exemplary customer service!! I like the fries here-they're great????! But the chicken I've gottenhas been over cooked and it's like chewing leather(or jerky). Their coleslaw is gross????. Normally, Zaxby's has a really goodfried chicken salad but here, again, the chicken is overcooked????. Haven't eaten inside so I can't give an assement for theatmosphere ???????. Read more

Ordered the 6 finger combo. Fries were fantastic. Toast was good. Surprisingly, the chicken is very average at best. Did not... care for the chicken at all. Flavorless practically. It's funny that a restaurant chain known for chicken has very mediocrechicken. Service was friendly and fast. If I come back, I'm just gonna order fries and toast. Read more

This place is a very outstanding place. The food is yummy cooked wonderfully and presented lovely. The cook Lucas Baker takes... his time and makes it feel like a home cooked meal on the go. Y'all want some great food go check them out. Read more

Absolutely terrible service at zaxby's tonight I placed a mobile pick up order and went through the drive-through, which was... empty, to pick up my order and it went from being my mobile order for myself to somehow turning into a doordash for someoneelse. When they came to the window I told them no it is an order for me and I gave them my name. Another 15 minutes later Ifinally get my food without my cookie. I mention this and they go another 5 minutes before coming back with an apology thatthey're out of the cookie i wanted and they threw in 3 different cookies for "them", still not realizing that this is my foodthis is my food and my fries were fresh but my sandwich was cold. Worst experience I have ever had at that zaxby's and I amextremely disappointed. I know everyone has their off nights but this was just horrible there were like 6 of them in thedrive-through standing in a circle trying to figure out where my food was. Read more

I ordered a crispy chicken house salad. It went straight in the garbage! First the lettuce was very wilted and slimy with brown... spots. Next I didn't receive a garlic toast. There were no crispy onions on the salad, I only received 1 pack of dressing whereyou used to receive 2. Chicken portion was very small! $10 Straight in the garbage! I understand you have to make up for highercost of food prices, but I still expect quality. You've lost a customer for good! And in case your wondering my husband broughtthis home to me. He's never been good about checking his order before pulling off. I would never have accepted this garbage! Read more
