not me, but happened to my roommate. They ordered something from the GET app and waited there for over 45 minutes. The place... began to close so they ask where their food is, gaining the response of "it'll be ready momentarily. We have your ticket" sothey wait another hour until the place closes. No word from the employees, and their ticket is sitting in the basket like it hadalready been given out. They never received their food and wasted their meal exchange for the day. I understand that this mayhave been a mistake, and I am usually never one to criticize food service workers, but this was plain laziness and carelessness.you'd think for a meal plan that costs well over 1000 dollars, there would be a closer look at efficiency within these eatingestablishments. Normally I have good experiences with Einstein?s but today I was served the wrong meal after waiting 30 minutes for it. The... order I received is the one sandwich I didn?t want to eat again as I had it a few days ago and the middle seemed cold and Iwasn?t a fan of the taste. I tried to call the number on the getapp to call the restaurant and let them know so I could get theright order but their restaurant is not an option on it. I tried calling the number listed when you look up the restaurant. Itrings a few times and then a recording speaks to tell you the hours they are open and then it ends the call. I?m not in the moodto walk back when it?s pouring rain outside for a meal only to have to wait for them again to make because I can?t contact themat all. I don?t understand what I?m paying a meal plan for that?s $1700 plus each semester if I can?t get the right customerservice, the wrong orders and can?t even contact the restaurant to speak to someone!! Best fresh bagels ever! They will make them fresh while you wait. I get about 20 dozen at a time, eat some and freeze the... rest.Usually only takes about 25 minutes. Love this place! ???????? Read more

It honestly depends on the day you happen to stop by. I've gone in where is clean, orders are pushed out in a timely fashion,... and the employees are really really nice and friendly. Other times.... I've gone in where the kitchen and coffee area are acomplete wreck, I've waited for Soo long, and the employees are extremely rude. I'd say just pick your day wisely, and look atthe kitchen and the prep areas before you order food... Read more
We come pretty early to campus and usually around 7:30 am it?s pretty dead because no one?s awake and on campus. I got an Asiago... bagel with schmear. It took a few minutes for my bagel to be ready, but that?s to be expected. The people working were nice andthe inside seating area is comfortable and large. Read more
