Apparently because they are ?too busy? they are only taking online orders. Not a single person in line, and a table of three... sitting and eating. Also, I?d like to say that I can understand how sometimes work can get busy but both women working the fronthad attitudes telling my husband and I that we couldn?t order at the counter. We proceeded to sit and place the order online.Then someone else walked in and had an attitude again with the customers. It?s just pathetic that they are wiping down tablesand restocking salsa cups, not filling a single order while we sit and order. I wouldn?t have thought twice about this, but therudeness of the staff is disappointing. Take it up with your manager if you?re unhappy with your working conditions, not yourcustomers. Update: there was a whole avocado that was not chopped up in my guacamole and I found a hair in my bowl halfwaythrough it?.last time I?ll eat at this location. Read more
Will not be coming back. I?m currently waiting for my mobile order and as well there is 10 other people waiting for their orders... as well. Mind that I made the order at 6:20. 25 minutes and counting. Place is also dirty. And the line is has reached to thedoor. I love me some chipotle but my first time here my rice was undercooked like mad. Crunching every bite but tbh that could be a... one off cuz the other two times I've gone has been good. First time was about an hour before close. Second time was pretty soonafter opening for the day and the third was probably sometime around 1-2. Read more
I came in today and watched so many rude and demanding customers pass through the line before me. The employees kept smiles on... their faces and remained patient and friendly while they juggled each odd/rude request, making online orders and keeping theingredients going in the background. I am not at all excusing poor customer behavior, but I wanted to let everyone know you?redoing a fantastic job. It takes a lot of patience to work with the public. Thank you! My meal was delicious. Went last night around 9:00. This place has great customer service! The man on the line was really kind. Hispanic kid. My food... was perfectly made by him. Would recommend this chipotle to others. Best time to go is at night because the crew is perfect! Thecashier was also very kind and full of joy. I could tell the other cashier was pretty new. Ordered a large guacamole and got some guac with a whole avocado with skin on it. Order was missing lettuce, sour cream, corn... and veggies. No one at the register. Waited until I asked the staff that was eating in the dining room and one of them said mewith an attitude. Just horrible all around. Read more
