Horrible!! I?m a chef and this was the worst Spanish food!! No flavor, over cooked, under seasoned!! Don?t waste your money!... Flan was over cooked, oh that?s an understatement it was burnt! Chicken breast pounded to seem like it was bigger than it reallywas, chewy over cooked steak and a few rubbery shrimp with no seasoning !! Barely any side condiments! I have been going to el agave for years. In Bealeton and Warrenton the pollo degollado is completely different than the... Culpeper?s location. This is not the pollo degollado that is served in other locations. When I called I was told that the chefdoes things differently here and that I should?ve made a note. How am I supposed to know that? This location seems mismanagedand is an embarrassment to your brand. Bealeton and Warrenton gets it right but Culpeper needs some serious work. Read more
