If there were not a winery, brewery and distillery attached I would still make the trek to Green Ribbon. Their FB posts (like a... siren's song) called me there with beautiful images of food. Fitting that three sisters, hospitality veterans including LeCordon Bleu accreditation, operate the business. Not sure what to expect, I learned that Green Ribbon is a cart that?s tuckedto the side of the bar at Old House Vineyards. The menu both on a large printed board and in paper provided lots of goodchoices. From appetizers to meals there?s a changing repertoire for anyone. Fancy, friendly, vegan - you name it. They haveyour number. For instance, we chose the shakshuka and a pulled pork sandwich. Where I don?t usually favor meals on trays or inplastic bowls, this worked. The shakshuka, a roasted tomato and peppers combo with eggs, was clearly homemade with thoughtfultouches of feta and herbs. BTW - Green Ribbons likes and has good cheese choices. The pulled pork sandwich spiked with OldHouse?s tequila must have been really good. My wife finished it, the house made slaw without offering me a bite - unusual. Inher words, ?I didn?t know I was that hungry?. Maybe it was just how good it was. Though I only tried a few things on the menu,we are looking forward to going back. We were in the area and stumbled onto this place. Would definitely consider coming back! The menu changes daily, so plenty of... new things to try. Loved the food and the wine. Pimento cheese dip was especislly tasty. Read more

I visited Old House Vineyards for the first time today and did NOT expect this little GEM!! At most breweries and vineyards food... is usually served via food trucks but THIS! THIS food service (not a food truck or a restaurant?) could easily pass as a five ??restaurant!!! Their menu includes a large variety of items and each one seems as if it was prepared with TLC! As the size of mystomach is limited, I will just have to go back over and over again until I?ve tried everything! Then start over?.. We had Green Ribbon cater all the food for our wedding at Old House Vineyards. Every one of our guests were so impressed by the... flavors and quality of the food - my husbands family is made of Italian immigrants and we received many compliments on thepasta, including from his 85 year old Nonna, she said it was the best food of any wedding she'd ever been to.
