Ordered a sub about a month ago and they got my sub order wrong. Talked to the manager and he told me to come back in a month... or two and receive another sub. Went by today to get another one and now they can't find my name and now are under newmanagement. Read more
They make great subs. Just sorry they reduced their menu selections, I really liked their roll-ups
Catering order for a birthday. I arrived 30 minutes late. The order took another 20 after that to complete. Place was... empty. Following up...the owner never got back to me when I emailed him. Clearly just lip service in the interest of thisreview pretending they care. Typical these days. Read more
Update: Service is wonderful now. I've been back several times since. Looks like they are under new ownership and it's awful.... I've gone 3 times this week to give them the benefit of the doubt. I ordered my sandwiches online each time. I get there andwait for 20 to 30 minutes for my sandwich. It went downhill ever since it's under new ownership. Also, the one day I was inthere one person was taking cash and then handled my sandwich. ???? Adding: yesterday my husband picked up they were shortstaffed so we understood why it took 45 minutes for our sandwiches. Read more
