I like their DTW style pizza ok, but the management of the Culpeper store is sorely lacking. EXAMPLE: I walk into the Culpeper... store at 1:52, hold the door for an elderly gentleman who proceeds me to the counter. He completes his order and pays. Iadvance to the counter and am greeted by an older man working the register. I am pretty sure from previous visits that he isthe store manager. I order the lunch special (which is sold until 2pm) and he says, "Oh I am sorry that man's is the last lunchorder, we don't sell the special after 2pm." I look at my phone and the time is 1:59pm and literally just clicks to 2pm as I amchecking it. I have already been in the store waiting in the line for over 8 minutes, well before the deadline. Wow, whatgreat customer service, NOT. I shake my head in disbelief, I turn around and walk out. Very, very poor management. I get it,your store your rules. Well, my money, my choice... Extremely busy when I went but they still got everyone out in a fast manor.
The last three times I have ordered pizza from here has been awful. I've either been given the wrong pizza entirely or it has... been undercooked and doughy. I will not give this location another chance. Read more
Last few times I went there I had to wait at least 10-15 minutes just for a cheese pizza, They're always running out. Several... times they claimed to have extra cheese ready instead, which is more money, and impossible to tell if there's really any extracheese. The staff was playing loud music in the back, which I find unprofessional. The final straw was when the guy cutting thepizzas came out from the back, gave a customer some cash out of the register, then went back to cutting pizzas. No gloves, neverwashed his hands. I called him out on it and he said he wasn't touching the pizzas, after I saw his hands actually touching thefood. I haven't been back since. Read more
Tried calling the Culpeper little Caesar?s store and they just picked up the phone then hung up. Rude to say the least. Then... tried to call back then it went straight to a full mailbox voicemail. This is what happens when you have children running thestore. Incompetent, illiterate and ignorant! You just lost our business. This is not the first time I received poor customerservice. The first couple of times I let this kind of stuff slide but the third time was enough. Read more
Food is consistent. Always on time. It's Little Caesars, so it is what it is. If you're looking for quick, cheap, tasty pizza.... Highly recommend. If you're looking for upscale or bougie pizza, go to one of those restaurants. Read more
I love Little Ceasars. Their pizza is so good. Especially that Italian cheese bread. The price is ridiculously fair all things... considered, however it's best you eat the food while it's fresh. Not nearly as good reheated, not even in the oven. This storehas friendly staff and food has been on point. Read more
???? 'PIZZA PIZZA' ???? Cheap and 'Hot-N-Ready' you can't go wrong with Little Caesars Pizza! Pizza is really good for the price... but it's best eaten fresh in my opinion. It's not the type you want to save and reheat because it will taste subpar at best.However, staff is friendly, service is fast, and the place is kept quite clean.
