McDonald's food will always have a place in my heart FOOD is good and cheap and very convenient for when you need it. However... service here can be a hit or miss. Someday you'll get exceptional service and hot and fresh food and other days you'll getmissing items and wait forever for your food. But that's just how it is when a fast food restaurant is completely understaffedand underpaid while it's still packed through the roof. Regardless I'll be understanding and keep my expectations low when I goto a *Fast Food* restaurant. Read more
I travel Route 29 quite often and this McDonald's never disappoints. The food is always hot, especially my French fries which is... a must. The staff are friendly and kind and the facility is always clean. Read more
Placed an order on the app for take out since the drive thru was wrapped around the store and.moving at a snail's pace. They... apparently decide to randomly lock their doors so you're forced to sit in the slow line of cars. Even though plenty of peoplewere sitting inside the lobby already. Read more
Drive thru was slow. Food was terrible..ordered 10 pc chicken nuggets meal took forever to get. Returned home and they were old... and stale. Had my baby so I was unable to return them. Not sure when I will go back especially costing $10 really disappointed. Read more
My 5 year old yells out the window at this McDonald's every time we drive by "YOU'RE TRASH", hahaha, she knows a dumpster fire... when she sees one! My friend was recovering from a hospital stay and wanted some fries. After 3 cold nuggets and half a box offries he wants to go back to the hospital for dinner. Read more
Family member ordered sandwich PLAIN. (Please NOTE NOT during peak/rush hours). Took 20mins to circle around the irritating... 'round about' to get BACK to ask for 1 whole happy meal missing totally from our order. Upon 2nd visit they said ok pullup&wait. Waited over 10mins for a 2nd PLAIN sandwhich..gal came out, hands bag, trys to BOLT back inside so we yell to her3times.. second sandwich ALSO was NOT PLAIN. Waited 5 more mins.. the Third sandwich FINALLY is brought out& was as we asked foron original order. Good grief folks. Plain=86toppings. Over 47 mins to get 4 people's order right.. WOW so disappointing. Nooffer of reason for so much confusion (must be it happens all the time and is the norm?) Also adding a photo bc you can't parkand eat they have blocked half their parking lot. This restaurant is SUPPOSED to be open 24 hours. It isn't. They always close in the middle of the night with a flimsy... explanation about running end of day. I work for a fairly large employer in town and our late shift is forced to head to a 711for quick food at 3am after a 10 hour day. Otherwise, this is just an "okay" McDonald's, but the fact it is never open at nightdespite posted hours make it awful. Edit: After what can only be described as an intolerable experience, I am eliminating the"otherwise, this is just an 'okay'" comment and replacing it with: under no circumstances will I EVER return to this location.Waiting 45 mins for cold fries spilled all over the bottom of my bag, having two totally undrinkable iced coffees, missingitems, and a manager unable to actually provide a refund is beyond unacceptable. Owners need to clean house from top to bottomand hire people who can actually do the job. No one should ever spend any money here for any reason, not a joke.
