Today (10-13-22) was the second time in a month I have gone to Panera for a sausage, egg snd cheese breakfast sandwich, which is... the top listing on the board. I was told this store was out of sausage. Seriously!!! The first time I tried ordering the sameitem and was told that the sausage was locked up and the staff on duty could access the sausage. I guess sausage is a reallyvaluable commodity to deserve being locked away. My question is where is management in all this dysfunction? I was taken abackin both instances and actually walked out my most recent visit as I refused to order something I really didn?t want. I spentnothing. Read more
the broccoli cheddar soup is heaven for the stomach and soul. i get the bread bowl. i drove from orange to get two bread bowls... but they were out of bread bowls. panera BREAD didnt have BREAD bowls lol i was taken back by that so u lost 2 stars for thathowever i gave 3 because the food is always hot staff is friendly and i love me some panera Read more
Every time my husband and I go to this location one of us is disappointed. Today he picked up a pick two for me and the Mac n... cheese container was sliced on the bottom so all of the cheese spilled out onto the other food in the bag. I also got a saladand there was no dressing or utensils in the bag. A couple weeks ago we ordered soufflés in the drive thru and once we got upto the window they said they didn?t have them anymore and someone else inside got them. The communication and the quality offood is poor. If there was a location closer then I would go there. Read more
This Panera has started cutting their soups with water and thought no one would pay attention. The two items I noticed were the... broccoli and cheddar, and the cream of chicken and wild rice. Absolutely watered down. The manager I spoke to even acknowledgedthat they weren't the right consistency. So, I came back again today just to see if it was just a fluke, nope. They're stillwatering them down in order to stretch it out, rather than just take it off the menu when it runs out. This Panera has alwaysbeen reliable. I've never had a bad experience, as far as service. I understand what Panera is, just a mediocre place to go whenyou're feeling too lazy to cook for yourself. But come on! If they're doing shady things like that, what else could they bedoing? Read more
Was a good lunch ???? food was delicious. It's nice to have a restaurant that isn't just hamburgers and fries. Waiter was... friendly and efficient, parking lot a tad tight, but it's awesome that it was a drive through. ???? Read more
Ordered a pita cheese pizza 15 minutes ago for my 8 year old, got home and she ate a half a piece and said her tongue was... burning. Looks like they used Buffalo sauce instead of pizza sauce, tried to call store it rang twice then went straight to abusy sound. Tried to call again and nothing but a busy sound like they took the phone off the hook. Rest of the order wascorrect. Read more
Panera is a reliable, friendly, healthy option for breakfast, lunch, and even a light dinner. The Culpeper location is... conveniently located in the shopping center in the middle of town. The staff was very helpful. And the food is always good.Gotta love a good orange scone! Read more
