I realize the service industry has always been a brutal place with quality service/products in a timely manner. However there... should never be behavioral reflection from staff. My frappe was perfectly made and timely, but to sit through an hour (trying toupdate laptop) of the staff trash talking customers within earshot of the customer and a full lobby is completely unacceptable.Blonde and pink hair needs to be retrained in appropriate workplace conversation. This store is prioritizing online orders before in-store orders, and is understaffed. As a result, we waited 30 minutes for two... drinks, one of which was wrong, and watched online orders stack up and lay waiting. Not coming back. Read more
This place is great if you like a venti milk with a dash of coffee. I wouldn?t have accepted it but it was a mobile order that... my daughter picked up. I guess I should be glad they actually had order ahead available today since that?s a rare occasion atthis location and you have to sit on a line that wraps around the building. Read more
Favorite go to!! I visit almost daily. Friendly Faces! They are pretty well stocked, only 1 bad drink in a year and they VERY... graciously made me a new one and gave a complimentary card as I had to drive all the way back. Read more
They were out of cold brew but the guy ty was so nice he went to check for me, the place was clean and put together just likr... any other starbucks, they had so many choices. They were a little more expensive than the other starbucks i go to but I thinkthat is because of some city tax here in culpeper not to sure. They worked down the line pretty fast. You cant enjoy eating breakfast there because they play theyre horrible music super loud. Unfortunately im back, a male employ... shouted a very crude obcsenity and the girls just giggled while i was trying to enjoy my breakfast. Very unprofessional. Read more
