Given a voucher for uber eats and tried to use it here. Not only would neither company reach out and admit to me before my lunch... break was over that there was no one to deliver the food but this location would not answer their phone no matter how long youlet it ring or how many times you tried and yet I'm being told I have to pay for food I didn't receive. This location is better than the one in Dominion Square. The employees have better customer service skills and are very polite.
Food was too salty, trashcans were overflowing, bathrooms and tables hadn't been cleaned. Didn't even finish my wrap before I... lost my appetite. Read more
Terrible service. Got there for order and wasn't even started. Had a crew of culpepers finest and they completely looked over me... after telling me order wasn't started and fixed sandwiches for the entire police department that was dining in and I had tounassign a delivery. I get paid by delivery not like these young kids do by the hour. Won't ever eat here again or accept aorder for the company I deliver for. I'm all for our men and women in blue but sit there for 25 minutes after asking them whatwas going on....unless they were scared by the police and thought they had to serve them first. Last two times I've gone there they didn't have chicken and cheese another time. Not one to complain but at least a sign or... something would have been nice. The employees are friendly and professional. My daughter loves subway so I go there at least twice a week. I am so impressed... that I don't even have to say what I want. The employees confirm my order prior to making the sandwich every time I go there.Knowing your customer and building a relationship with your customer...now that's what I call service excellence! Great place to sit and eat because there's not a lot of ppl in the shop. Nothing tastes the same to me anymore but I don't think... the subs are that good for the price they charge for them. Everything is just to expensive anymore, not just here??????????? Read more
