The prices on the drive-through board do not reflect what the actual price is twice now I have been through the line and they... refuse to honor the advertise price. I like the food here better than McDonald's but of course it's fast food so nothing fancy but they do have great prices when you... use coupons. Download their app and you will be thankful because you can and will save so much money. They unlike most placeswill let you use multiple coupons at one time???????? Read more

This recent experience with the culpeper Wendy's is the last straw for me. Every single time, without fail, they mess up my... order. Order a large, they give me a small, ask for the receipt they lie to your face and say it's in the bag. Ask for no mayoand guess what, it's slathered in disgusting mayo. Out of ice every time I visit. No chocolate frosty but the strawberry isthere. Pickles all stacked in one spot. Ask for sriracha, they tell me it's discontinued but they have ghost pepper ranch. Yetafter confirming I want the GPR sauce, I do not receive it. And not a single smile, no "have a good day" just talking to theirco-workers like they're not at work. I understand everyone has a bad day, everybody makes mistakes, but the consistency withwhich these mistakes happen is so bewildering that I am not coming here anymore. If you take the time to read reviews, and youthink that I am just being negative or blowing it out of proportion, know that I have given them the benefit of the doubtnumerous times. Is it too much to expect that my exact order is what I receive? Should it be expected that every customer needsto double check the order we received? Maybe if the worker read the order back to me then they would possibly remember what itactually is. The rare occasions that this Wendy's performs well, the food and experience both are great, but that's as common asa blue moon. I would ask for a refund but I did not receive a receipt. I wonder why that is. I have worked fast food before andlet me tell you, it can get stressful, but it isn't difficult. Guess I'll just do a chargeback and add Culpeper Wendys to myblacklist. Fast service good food but the drive through employees good be more polite.. I've thanked them for my food and most of the... employees just simply walk away from the window with no response. If it wasn't for that I would definitely give 5 stars. Read more
