okay sandwiches, terrible service. multiple times they have gotten my order completely wrong or forgot to include the actual... sandwiches in my delivery order so when the food showed up, all that arrived was a drink and chips. this place needs an overhaulof the staff and/or management. Read more

I've never had a bad sandwich from Capriotti's until I went to the Sepulveda location. This was my first and only time at this... location. I ordered The Bobbie (as I have at other locations because it was always amazing!) But when I was eating the sandwichat home, I discovered I was chewing on these sharp slinters of bone from the turkey :( Not cool at all. Also there was a hugechewy fatty piece of skin from the turkey that I had such a gross experience of gagging on and pulling out of my mouth. Whoevercut the turkey did a terrible job. Please don't give your customers bones and huge pieces of fat in their sandwiches! Peoplewant the meat of the turkey, that should go without saying. Come on, Sepulveda employees. Please do better. I cannot eat meat and ordered a veggie turkey through the app and they gave me a meat turkey sandwich. So disappointed. Took me... 20 minutes to get home. Then to find out I can't eat anything is so upsetting. And now I can't even upload supporting photos tothe app. I called the store and asked for a refund. Who knows if I'll get it. I use to get sandwiches from here every fewmonths for years and the quality over the past year has unfortunately gone downhill (wrong orders multiple times). This will bemy last time to Capriottis.
