Feeling adventurous, my girlfriend and I recently tried another chicken place in Culver City. We were left...unsatisfied. So... much so that we decided to go to Dave's the next day to get their savory, juicey, crispy, heavenly tenders. The tenders atDave's are so light and crispy (and big) they channel super dreamy fish & chips, but, you know, with *way* more flavor. Can youtell I'm smitten? I went in pretty sceptical because other places like Raising Cane's have not lived up to the hype, but was pleasantly surprised.... Chicken was moist and tender, seasoning wasn't just heat actually had flavor and the breading was light and crisp. I got the #3Combo with a sandwich and tender both "Hot". Spice level was perfect for me, but if you really like heat then definitely goabove Hot. I also got extra slaw which was kind of bland, probably a pass next time, but besides that everything else was great.Worth visiting again. Read more
I liked it. If you like super spicy then I suggest getting 1 reaper and 1 extra hot. Fries are really good and packed with... flavor. Only negative is that the slider is just a chicken tender on bun, would have preferred a chicken breast but the tenderis pretty large. Read more

This was my partners first time at Dave's and it was a disappointment. The hot chicken sandwich was yummy and the ambiance was... cool, but we ordered ahead and the option for cheese on the sandwich wasn't available, the cheese fries only had ONE line ofcheese, and everything was more expensive when ordering ahead through Doordash. Decided to try here because of the good ratings and I was happy, very yum. It can be pretty hot too, I got 1 mild and 1 regular... and even the mild had a lil kick to it. I enjoyed the food and it was filling. There isn?t any tables inside for Covid but theoutside seating is covered so it felt good. I would recommend as a quick bite to eat. Read more

I love tenders here. It comes in different heat strengths from mild to blazing hot. It is also a little weird because you get... two slices of white bread and a couple of pickle slices. The chicken is very moist and the coating is crispy. You can get themas sliders and I see people ordering these also. Read more
