The manager Jose Castran was terrible!! He was beyond unprofessional, argumentative, and rude. My family and I have been going... to this location for years but, after this experience, we are seriously considering a new location or Pizza Hut. The fact thatsomeone so unprofessional and inept is the manager is concerning when you consider the level of customer service this locationcan provide. The manager was unapologetic and accusatory when he and his employees made the mistake instead of apologizing,trying to offer a solution and ensuring that the customer is happy or at least mollified. I just really don't like this chain guys. So many other great pizza places that are smaller, and because of that they care more... and genuinely make a better product. Less factory, more love. Domino's and Little Caesars are at the bottom of the list for me. Read more
