I promise myself I'll never go to El pollo loco a year ago since covid their chickens are not tasteful at all And seems to me... they just love to give you cold food . Anyway I was hungry I was nearby I wanted to have given it a bit more try. Because I usedto like their chicken taste before covid . But seems to me they don't have fresh food anymore. I go to El Pollo Loco everyday on my lunch breaks and have always had the greatest experience. I came to this one today and not... only were the prices higher than the one I usually go to, but my pollo bowl was extremely skimped out. They also completelyforgot to get me any salsas. Absolutely disgusting ????. The chicken breast meat for the pollo bowl was old. It tastes like old meat that was re-warmed up... after who knows how long. It was dry and extremely sour and oily. The burrito must have been rolled by someone who hatesits/her/she/he/him/they job. After I unwrapped it, everything just fell out. The guacamole was sour and tasted awful. Don?torder delivery food.
