Honestly, some of the most bland food I've had in a while. Ordered the Arroz con Pollo. Looks like they tossed the chicken in... right at the end instead of letting it get what little flavor was in the sauce/rice. I wanted to like it since it's close towork but I can't. This place is fantastic. Jason, the owner, was there when I dined with my friends and he was an amazing host, suggesting his... favorite dishes, pouring us good wine, and stopping by every now and then for some good conversation. The food is also soooogood, you really can’t go wrong with a dish here, but I loved the Arroz Con Pollo. The plantains were delicious!!! Awesome spot! Really kind service and tasty food. I sat out on the patio. We had the Cuban style roast pork, garlic roasted... chicken, fresh coconut water, and an espresso at the end of the meal. Everything was delicious. The seats on the outside patioare very relaxing as well. Will definitely be back! Read more

Authentic, strong, and familiar Cuban flavors here. I grew up eating Cuban food and this is my favorite spot in LA! Big fan of... the shredded pork entreé. Meat is exceptionally marinated and juicy, onions are never soggy, rice is always fluffy and tasty,and the beans are well cooked and juicy. The yucca is amazing here as well, fried or boiled, the fresh garlic sauce is tangy andgarlicky. Portions are big enough for 2 meals, I get an extra rice so I can have a second dinner the next day! Warms up verywell. Great for college kids who want a home cooked meal. I have a gluten and dairy intolerance so it’s wonderful to have anextensive menu to choose from. I bring my picky eater friends here often and they always love it! Plates are simple butflavorful, good food for kids as well. The restaurant itself is just adorable.
