Sincerely thank you Esteban. You’re a gentleman and a chef. Never heard better reviews about the food from a crowd in my life.

Handmade tortillas were perfect size and you get two with your tacos. Which inevitably I turn into double the amount of tacos... because lady is not shy to stuff it. Unfortunately I’m not a fan of spicy so I could not try the habanero sauce and theavocado sauce is exactly as advertised, no spicy. So, she has add ons for everyone. $1.50 a taco that is not a mini taco is awinner for me. Beware though, ground meats may have some cartilage In 1 out of 4 tacos, but not bones, which I’ve found inTaco Bell almost every single time I get a meat taco (sorry to compare apples an oranges). I was so hungry and love my tacoswith a bunch of salt and lime on the onions and cilantro I was only able to take a pic of my last bite. Lady was friendly, regulars were friendly, prices are cheap and carnitas were cooked well to a crisp like I like it with minimal overbearingseasoning. Just a great eat. Read more

Authentic street food, fast, good, inexpensive for the normal tacos. They even make a vegan burrito with mushroom, squash, pico,... salsa, rice and beans. Amazing. Read more

This place was by far the best taco stand I've been too. My best friend owns a taco stand in Miami and it's the best Mexican... cuisine in Miami and I live there. This place has matched it's level and I've been in cali for a week and out of all the tacostands I ate at this beats it. It's a small menu, cheap prices, chill guy. He only accepts cash, but not to worry, the liquorstore across the street has an atm. I recommend coming here whether drunk, stoned, hungry for a quick bite. Read more

El Taco Toro is a quaint taco stand nestled right in the corner of Culver Blvd and Slauson ave. Similar to stands you would find... in South Central or near downtown. You know you are getting LEGIT tacos. Not these washed-out, generic, westside tacos. I onlyever see latinos eating here. Which is generally a good sign of how good it is, you feel me? Ample parking, nice humble guysworking there, cheap. But the tacos. The tacos are simply amazing. For just $1 you can get a loaded taco, choose from 7different types of meat. Add black beans, veggies, homemade salsas. Try it, I PROMISE you will be hooked. Why should you listento me? I'm glad you asked. It's in my blood as I'm of Mexican, Puerto Rican and Cuban descent. It doesn't get any better thanthis. Read more
