Lackluster staff. I scheduled an order for 2 pizzas and cheese sticks on the website for 6:45, it was not ready until after 7.... I checked the order and it was not my pizzas, so had to wait another 20 min while they made new ones. 1 of the ones was STILLwrong but not worth waiting for another, as family was at home hungry and it was already nearly 45 minutes after the scheduledtime. Staff was fairly unapologetic, they also forgot marinara with the cheese stick order, really unimpressed after betterpast experiences. Read more

The pizza quality is on point. I'll give them a 5 star if they curve side pick up gets better. It's been 2 times that I end up... waiting for 5 min. Even though they had no guest in the building. Why have the cover side pick up if they won't bother doing it. Read more
No attention or care to actually preparing our pizza the way we ordered it. We tried app for the first time and the pizza for... our child was essentially bread with a little bit of cheese and wrong crust. i called the store to complain and ask for arefund but was left on hold for 15 mins and eventually just gave up. Ordered some pizzas for pick up (carry out) while shopping at Ralphs. Like the fact that this Pizza Hut is conveniently located... at this shopping area with ample parking. Also it's nearby our home so having the pizzas delivered is very convenient. Wealways directly call the Pizza Hut store whenever we place an order either for pick up or delivery . We love Pizza Hut'spizzas. Our favorites are the Super Supreme and Pepperoni with Pineapples. They always made our pizzas right and delicious.This Pizza Hut store have been our favorite Pizza Hut store for many years. The people working there have always been great andany pizzas delivered were always done in a timely manner. Never had any issues with either their service or their food. Read more
I guess I expected you to use your regular sauce on the Detroit style pizza. I know you didn't change the sauce all together,... because the sauce that came with the breadsticks tasted right, but the stuff on the Detroit pizza was very acidic and sour. Iscraped most of it off and used the rest of my breadstick sauce on the pizza. Read more
