I?ve been here before and service is slow but I wanted to give it another try. Like others have shared. Customer service is... atrocious. Stood in line for about 15 minutes and there were two baristas working - one taking orders and making drinks whilethe other hung out checking his cellphone. Bought a lemon loaf from this location on 10/6/21. The packaging for the lemon loaf had a manufacture date of August 2021, over... 2 months. The hand written discard by date on the package was 10/6/2021. I was told they keep the pastries for only 3 days. If you want a pastry that isn't marked to be thrown away the day you bought it, or worse, do not purchase one here. The Worst Starbucks Location after I was in line being the 4 th person in line finally when it?s my turn to order the Cashier... ask me if I was in line. Then told me he couldn?t take my order in my Starbucks cup I purchased because of Covid restrictions,California is no longer on Covid restriction. Ask him to get manager, she came and said same thing he said that restrictionsince last year 2021 of February. Told her I was contacting Corporate because the information they provided was incorrect andrefused to serve me properly as a customer.
