Very rude, looked over even though I was the only one in line, servers continue to work on phone order till Hispanic young lady... came in and order. I was before her, when I told them I was first, totally ignored, dude shrugged his shoulders like he didn'tgive a dam. I like to go to the subway that is next to Baldwin hills mall. The employees are really nice and PATIENT. There was one day... that they ran out of bags... however, even the high end stores run out of bags... never mind I m so hungry! Give me my sandwichthe way I like it! Read more

Just heard that the Democratic Carlos was the young man who waited on me and he was excellent, in fact I told him he was a... wonderful sandwich maker. I was lucky to get there in time where they were making fresh coffee for breakfast and that was a bigplus the only reason I didn't give it five stars was it the bread was not fresh. This rating is based on the customer service of one sandwich maker. This past Saturday 3/11/2017 my family (party of 6) and I... stopped at this Subway to pick up lunch. There were 3 people working the counter. Two provided exceptional service with afriendly attitude. I observed beautiful smiles and customer friendly attitudes by these two. The third person who took my order,Amelia, on the other hand, did not have a customer friendly attitude. She was not gracious at all and actually seemed botheredby having to take my order. My aunt was also treated to the same disdainful manner when she placed her order. The food wasgood, but the attitude displayed by Amelia was so disappointing. Read more
Relative to all other Subways, this place is pretty nice. The staff are always friendly and I like the manager; she's funny. ... They pretty much execute a sandwich as well as any Subway employee should. The process is pretty straight forward and they'venever messed up my sandwich, therefore a 5 star seems justified. Read more
Hard time getting them to honor app or coupons. But only place you can get a flatizza.
