Our waiter Theo (usually only works Sundays) is the best! Lots of variety and fun happy hour menu.
The service here was not good at all. I have been to all the locations and this is the worst one. The chef at this location... uses too much salt. This is the second time I had a negative experience at this location. I ordered a spicy fried chickenentree that had way to much hot peppers in it. I explained to manager and he removed the $5 up charge for a salad and soup whichwas old and cold as well. Read more
Bad or "no good service" from the moment we walked in. No greeting upon entrance, dirty dishes just laying there at the end of... the bar. Out of ice tea, lack of attentiveness by waiters, servers, busses. Food was ok. Must be a lack of Management orsupervision. Definitely needs improvement. Read more

I wanted so badly to like this place. We walked in and they said it would be 5-10 min wait even though hardly any tables were... full. They only had one server. We ended up waiting a little under 20 min before getting sat. I used the bathroom and the floorsgot my shoes really sticky, and both stalls were really unclean; hadn’t been flushed and trash/toilet paper all over thefloor. After that, I noticed the entire restaurant had food on the floors, old sticky messes that had been left, dust and grime,etc. at that point I actually got worried I may get sick eating there, especially since they only had a B health rating. Thismust be because the one poor server was likely too busy helping customers all on their own and didn’t have the time or abilityto clean anything. Our server was very nice. We ordered cucumber salad, chicken dumplings, and spicy tuna crispy rice. It waslacking in flavor, half cold, poor quality. Not inedible, but I would never want to come back to eat them again, especially forthe price. I wouldn’t recommend and won’t be back. I also feel that they are short-staffed due to errors with management orlow pay, so I don’t want to go back somewhere that can’t properly staff their restaurant for proper cleaning and likelydoesn’t treat their staff that great anyway. I'd have pictures of the sushi, but they ran out of the rice. I did try the garlic pork belly and the orange chicken (which was... in place of the sushi that i really wanted). The service was good, although our server was the only server for most of thenight. Could have possibly been better if she had enough time for our table, even the busser was slammed. I did like the foodquite a bit, just felt a little awkward when others at the table hadn't even been told that their food was almost done. Ienjoyed the Japanese old fashioned, and wanted another, if i didn't have to drive far. Would really like to see if the overallexperience improves. That would be worth a star for a 4.5 and i rounded up. Read more
Good sushi and service. Edson has been wonderful the last couple of times I've been. Their outdoor dining is cozy considering... you're at a mall. And they have happy hour daily from 3-6 pm. Read more
Service here was terrible. I ordered a chicken fried dish rice for lunch as a pickup order. When I got home I realized that they... had given me shrimp fried rice (I'm allergic to shrimp so if I had taken a bite of this, this could have been extremelydangerous). I called the restaurant asking for a refund and they refused to do so. They claimed that I needed to bring back thedish to the restaurant to exchange the order. At this point, there was a lunch rush but I had no other option but to go back andshow them the mistake they made. They still refused to offer me a refund and the best they could do is make a separate order.This is one of the worst experiences I've had with a restaurant especially because they didn't acknowledge the risk involvedwith this considering food allergies. As a side note, the food is also bland. I would avoid it at all costs. Read more
