Food is good because it?s domino?s but this one constantly forgets extra sauce, sodas, and even food.
I received 3 gift cards as part of one of my credit card's promotion. The first one ordered a pizza and two steak and cheese... sandwiches were excellent pizza was too dry.(Not enough sauce)The second one I ordered 2 sandwiches(one steak and cheese and oneItalian) and a pizza. Once again the sandwiches were fantastic and the pizza was dry. The third card I ordered 2 Italiansandwiches and thought I would try to get extra sauce on my pizza since the last two were dry. When I totaled it up I discoveredthat they wanted to charge extra for more sauce. Since I wasn't going to pay extra for what should have been there in the firstplace I decided against ordering another dry pizza I opted for the lava cake dessert. Excellent choice as were the sandwiches.It's a shame that a business that was built on pizzas can't seem to get it right. I was a two times a week customer of Domino'swhen it was on Industrial Blvd now all I can say is thank goodness I'm out of gift cards. Read more
Pizza was over cooked, I had extra pepperoni put on it and it had no taste because everything was pretty much burnt. I asked for... plates and crushed pepper and received neither one of them. The best part was the brownie. Read more
Pizza has always been great and received quick and good customer service - FYI - Kiosks for checking in, as well as paying to... pick up all takeout orders, seem to be an ongoing issue at this location, for whatever reason. Employees are having to askpermission for customer debit/credit cards to manually type everything into their computer. Read more
Over all, this is a great domino's! Very rarely do I ever have any issues and it's usually resolved quickly. Only reason I don't... give 5 stars is simply because the consistency isn't quite on every time. Sometimes there's more or less cheese, more or lesssauce, etc. But! I still recommend it. Read more
Ordered for delivery. Driver not only delivered to the wrong address but to the totally wrong street. When I called in to see... where my order was he told me it was left at my door step. I tracked them online and seen where they took it to. His fix was hewas going to send the driver back and get the order from where she left it and bring it to me. I told him I wanted a new order.He hung up on me and I called back 17 times and all they did was pick up and handing up. So I drove to the store. They refusedto talk to me. Then told me to leave. No offer of refund or anything. So I told them to call the police. They finally did afterI refused to leave. After they did he refunded my money. No apology or anything. Then he told me he was going to come drag meout of the store. Then the cops showed up. The employees named me from the store after there screw up. What a joke. And theywant how much an hour for minimum wage? Again, what a joke. Read more
Best place to get pineapple on your pizza. they even let you dine in which a lot of the local places don't really have as an... option unless it's a bar. one of my regular places to dine at. pleasant staff amazing pizza. Read more
