The phone rang at least 50 times only to be told to ho please so fast you couldn't get her attention. I complained but they said... she's always like that. She's even just hung up without saying anything.just hung up. We love Giannis food but this upsettingwhen you are trying to order food and it takes nearly a half hour to get this goofball to actually do her job. Giannismanagement here's your warning if I call and try to order food and this girl does this again I won't ever order again. It's ashame too because they have excellent food. Read more
This is now the 3rd time my order has completely been messed up and when u call to want your order right they r rude and then... want compensated for the 1st time after all the mistakes they act like im wrong for asking. They have horrible personalities..... I do not recommend Gianninis on centre st Cumberland MD anymore!! Read more
Its great sometimes and not others. The cumberland location is far better then the bel air local. The bel air location workers... are usually not the nicest. Ive been called a liar. Theyve been rude to my kids. They forgot the cheese on my cheese sticks onenight. I was told i had to bring it back before they closed to prove it. I did. She was not happy. The workers refuse to givethe contact info for the owners nor give messages. The prices are wrong also. They charge one thing but the website saysanother, and its been this way for a long while. I give 3 stars because when the pizza is good its really good and thecumberland location is usually pretty good. Although you can add 30 minutes to your wait past what they say almost every time. Two weeks in a row I've tried calling to place an order and I have been put on hold for well over 5 minutes, and this is at... early lunch time when is not even that busy. And then on the third week I finally got a hold of them to place an order forpickup not delivery and yet still waited 40 minutes for a medium pizza to be cooked. We came in a 8:55pm. We had to wait a little bit they were busy. The lady at the register was very pleasant. She even tried to... save us money. But of course the husband had to ruin that with his extra toppings.???? We get home and open the box and guesswhat? The most amazing pizza we have ever seen. The toppings were piled on there. Absolutely the worst wings I ever had. They were so overcooked I couldn't tell the difference between the meat and the bone.... Also they were cold when they gave them to me. When I ordered them they said 15 to 27 minutes. Which is an odd time to give. Iwaited 15 minutes to leave got there in 5. Waited for 45 minutes in the restaurant before they gave them to me. I ordered two pizzas for a baby shower, delivery took 1.5 hours. The guests left without eating and we are left with 60 pieces... of cold pizza. This place is a joke Read more
