My girlfriend call lasbaughs and a mans voice answered the phone we placed our order and he said it would be 20 to 30 minutes... long. We get their and they didn't have our order in the system. We complained that we call and showed them the phone number.They weren't bothered that they had a angry people wanting their food. Lashbaugh's has become our go to place for wings. We normally order takeout and after our most recent visit it will stay that... way. The food is always amazing so this review is no reflection of your wonderful kitchen staff at all, hats off to them.However the service your wait staff provides is trash. First time we came in we sat outside, we were a party of four. absolutelyno introduction to the menu, what your specials were, no drink special heck not even a server favorite. I wouldn't be so annoyedby this if I also didn't work in a resultant. I couldn't even imagine greeting my tables in the way we were greeted. Our plansfor that evening were to take our friends who had never been there out for dinner and drinks. Like stated above food wasamazing. We got one round of drinks, one round! Why you might ask well our server never came back after dropping off our food.Do you not train your servers that alcohol increases their sales which in return gets them a bigger tip. the server never evencame back to give us our checks or ask if we wanted boxes. But when we went inside to leave she was behind your server stationplaying on her phone...makes sense. Second time we went in to eat it was just two of us and we sat in the corner. I asked for apineapple margarita, the server looked at me like i had 10 heads and quickly told me she couldn't make that. I asked if she hadtequila, splash of lime juice, and pineapple juice. she said yes, i told her then you can make a pineapple margarita. When shewas placing the order at the sever stand i could hear her throwing a fit about what i had ordered to what i thought was amanager lady not really sure since not even a manager came over to check to see if everything was okay and our meal was correct.The server never asked if i wanted the margarita frozen, on the rocks, sugar or salt rim (very basic questions when you work ina bar). Found another great stop while on the Bike..Can't wait to go back N TRY the food..Looked N Smelled Fantastic.. We made it back... 12/2/21, was not disappointed had the Italian Wedgie, N the wife had the Steak one 12/9/21 had steak n cheese sub n ..wings nocomplaints..
