Ordered pizza and the driver stated he came and knocked on my door when he know he didn?t cause my building is secure. Called to... speak to the manager and he wasn?t apologetic at all and was very rude to me and my son. I always ordered papa John?s otherplaces I lived and never had this type of service. Bad for business location and I would never order from papa John?s again dueto this experience. Read more
Took two hours to get pizza - driver parked in front of house and then drove away. Called the store and had to sit through the... whole automated spiel THREE times because they couldn?t figure out where the driver went. Turns out he didn?t see my mailboxnumber or house number and just decided to drive back to the store without calling. Didn?t offer to reimburse the offer - nexttime I?ll wait to tip. Read more
Papa John is a pizza shop...it not where you guess to walk in a get a seat and order...no what a shame! Well it when u... make.a.call.or online order have them delivered it or call in for a pick up....anyhow their pizza sauce is good and my favoriteit the paccini and butter sauce or the cheesy sauce with the pizza. I ordered from here yesterday evening and the pizza that they delivered to us was awful. I bought 2 NY style pizzas and spent... over $40 on them plus fees for delivery and a tip. The bacon they put on one of the pizzas looked like it hadn't been cookedand was very fatty and gross and there were big chunks of it all over the pizza. The pizza was undercooked and very sloppy. Theother pizza I ordered was an alfredo with steak and was very under done and was falling apart. It was cold and the cheese hadslid over to one side in the box before they gave it to me. Horrible pizza. And neither one was cut all the way through. I hadto fight with trying to cut them myself. I got a stomach ache from trying to eat it. Never had this issue here before but ifthey don't make it right I will never order from here again. I don't like wasting my hard earned money. Tried calling in to order. After listening to the stupid sales pitch was waiting for 15 minutes for someone to answer. Drove... there walked in to 5 people working with phones ringing off the hook, nobody flinched at the ringing phones. Placed order with aless than happy person. Everyone working seemed pretty aggravated to even be there. Delivery drivers not friendly at all. Walkedby as I sat outside waiting on my order, they all seemed very unpleasant. They messed up the order and put anchovies on the pizza, instead of pineapples. Unable to eat pizza and live too far away to... take pizza back. Called them to tell them what happened and they put my name and number in a credit book. You need a book tokeep track of your employee's mistakes. Unacceptable. Check your order before leaving. All their pizza is fantastic! You can track your pizza and know exactly when it arrives, and when it does, it's always on time,... hot and delicious! It's worth every penny. Good, quality food! We ordered a pizza and cheese bread on 11/12/22 and the guy says it would be 15/20 minutes. I waited and after 15 minutes I went... back in and another guy "looked" for the pizza but said it will be ready "soon" I watched people who came in after me get theirorders (they ordered in store also) and the guy who took my order gave 2 other people a discount and free pizza for their wait.I don't want something for nothing but when I got to the car the cheese bread was cold and tasted old, the pizza itself wasgood, just not hot. So my pizza must have been ready for a while and the 1st guy either overlooked it or didn't even look inright spot, he looked where they had deliveries waiting. Anyways, I get they were busy but that doesn't explain cold food when Isat inside for another 15 minutes waiting for our food. Read more
