FOOD POISONING with 2 different people! First time was a Burger in the middle of the night and again at the same time a few... weeks later with a chicken sandwich. Whoever is cooking food during the night shift needs either retrained or fired. Read more
Has on 4 different occasions spanning several months forgot to add salt to a salted pretzel. I could see this being a one off... mistake when busy, but I struggle to understand how this happens and wonder if hot dogs go without buns often too. Read more
Absolutely horrible morning at Sheetz. First the App doesn't work for me, making the trip a waste. I called the number off the... App, and spoke with Rachel; very nice woman... and the App was fine. I go back to Sheetz to get my order, and the App doesn'tcooperate... I called Customer service three times, finally ready to get my coffee and soda... The coffee machine decided that Ihadn't had enough, so it says something ridiculous. I fixed it, then was charged for the soda! Really? I called customerservice yet again... and all that could be done was a Mt Dew... so, needless to say, Sheetz just lost my business!!! Absolutelyridiculous and total time spent for coffee and soda, was two trips, four customer service calls, and close to an hour and ahalf. Read more
Another great Sheetz with everything that a normal Sheetz has. Very bright and we'll lighted. Very clean and the employees all... seemed friendly and very helpful. If you are on the way by and need anything fast or just gas for your car it's definately agood place to stop at. Read more
On a family trip up north I?ve used 7 bathrooms so far and not a single one had a baby changing station EXCEPT THIS ONE! Y?all... had one and it made my night I strapped her on got her changed also even had a little chair I could strap my child into so Icould use the restroom too 10/10 recommend even tho it was a minute off the parkway was worth it Read more
Beautiful convinience store with great food and coffee. Open 24X7 is very convinient. Looks clean and great landscape on a... busy and popular Queen City's Virginia Ave area. Our Memorial day weekend was truly memorable. Read more
Clean ,great service ,great selection though a little pricey. other gas stations have a lot less than they do and Sheetz cooks... it too. So if you are on a long trip and need gas I suggest Sheetz. Read more
Went to this location today and had someone strung out on something complaining about not having enough money to pull out of the... ATM.. and then they proceeded to follow me to my car. UNSAFE location. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHEETZ AFTER DARK! Read more
